Intuit to create the first global learning department and to design the
leadership development landscape for the company. Responsibilities
included analyzing current operations inside and at best practice
companies, designing staffing organization in a newly matrixed climate,
and then creating the portfolio of classes and learning opportunities
to inspire managers to help the company grow revenue 15 percent
annually.

managed a matrixed organization of over thirty people across twelve
locations and 10 business units and divisions; managed budget of $1.3
